• I'm offering in-person visits beginning Tuesdays in April 2021

Happy Spring to all - It’s time to let you know a couple of important updates for my practice:

I will be transitioning in April to a hybrid model of care offering both in-person and Telehealth sessions. Initially, in person visits will start with Tuesdays, and I plan to add more days as time goes on. Please see below for information on COVID protocols and requirements.

I’m also excited to announce that I will be moving my office just a few blocks East to Women’s Wellness at the Nest, a healthcare clinic complimentary to Geneva Woods Birthcenter. They have a long legacy in Anchorage of supporting and affirming women and their care, and have extra interest, resources and training in sexuality! This practice is a multi-disciplinary collaboration of a pelvic physical therapist and women's health specialists that offers an unparalleled level of 'wholistic,' compassionate, effective, and individualized care to women of all ages (men welcome too for counseling and PT!)

This move was very intentional on my part as a return to a collaborative care model- I believe I can offer my best care in this model, and support my clients more comprehensively. Working on a team with Nurse Practitioners and a Pelvic Floor PT is a dream come true for me!

Not much logistically will change for existing clients except physical location and soon my phone number - therapyappointment.com will remain the best way to schedule, email me securely, and manage your payments. Over time, I will be working with the administrative staff to manage my waitlist and schedule new patients.

COVID Protocol:
Current clinic protocol requires that masks will be worn for the duration of in-person visits unless you have been fully vaccinated. If you are interested in getting an appointment for vaccination, call to see if there is availability for the March 26th/27th shot clinic! 907.561.2626
